Project Description

Steelcore Electric, Inc. was subcontracted for this project to renovate the buildings electrical system to include new main service, lighting, power outlets, fire alarm conduit and data and phone conduit rough in.

Scope Of Work

Work on this project consists of installation of a new 800 Amp main distribution panel with multiple panels downstream. New interior and exterior lighting fixtures with low voltage lighting controls and power outlets are to be installed throughout various rooms that have different functions and requirements throughout the building. Additionally, we are providing conduit raceways and cable trays systems for fire alarm and telecommunication systems. This project will require a coordination effort with base utilities to safe off and de-energize the existing transformer that is designated to provide power for the building and will require the use of multiple generators to power up two adjacent buildings when this work is being performed.
