Steelcore Electric, Inc. was subcontracted to provide design services for the electrical and mechanical systems in addition to the electrical and plumbing installation for the pool mechanical room and exterior pool lighting.

Scope Of Work

The scope on this project included the design for the electrical and mechanical systems on this project to update and further automate the pool equipment components and provide an improved up to date system. The electrical portion includes the installation of a new main panel that services interior and exterior lighting, power outlets, motor controllers and relays that control new pool equipment in addition to existing electrical panels. Conduit raceways are also to be provided for the DDC System that is connected to the base AWEMS system to further automate the monitoring and control of the pool equipment. The plumbing portion consists of new main water service that provides water for the pool and existing building and gas piping service for the pool water heaters.
